Hattie Jo's Coffee House was founded in 2019 by Jordan and Ryan Lahey, driven by a passion for coffee and inspired by their beloved golden retriever, Hattie Jo. Nestled in the heart of the south end of Ellsworth, Kansas, along the iconic bricks of Main Street, the coffee house quickly became a community favorite. Its cozy atmosphere, rich coffee blends, and charming vibe drew visitors from near and far, making it a staple of local life, located next to the historic Cowtown Plaza in the old Golden Belt Hotel.
